Berland Lake

Description:

This small lake is located in the Chuska Mountains, ~13 miles northeast of Crystal, NM. Travel Indian Route 32 driving 8 miles past Crystal until you come to a dirt path on the north side of the road with a wooden sign to Berland Lake. The lake is 5.5 miles north from the main road.

Notes:

- Lake is primarily full of rainbow trout
- Fishing permit required, obtain at NN Fish and Wildlife
- Nearest gas station is 23 miles south of Lake, in Navajo, NM
- Lake does not have any facilities
